An abbreviated photo year
I didn't do a lot of picture-taking in the year 2002 as we worked at the Adventureland Amusement Park in Altoona, Iowa from May through October, which kept us pretty busy. And again, we used the camcorder more frequently than the digital camera.

Biscayne National Park
This shot was taken from a jetty at the Biscayne National Park. It has a great visitor's center, but the park encompasses a lot of water so a boat would be really handy for exploration of the area.

Alligators in the Everglades
If you want to see alligators, take a day to visit the Everglades and wander down any trail and you're sure to see lots of them.

Darb and Net at Homosassa
Our youngest son, Darby and his wife 'Net, came down to spend a week with us so we took them to our favorite attraction,the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park.

Wilton Candy Kitchen
Wilton Candy Kitchen is the oldest continually operated ice cream parlor/candy kitchen in the country. The building was built in 1856.

Gregory Peck Sat Here
The Nopoulos family is very proud of the fact that Gregory Peck and some other movie stars stopped by while filming in the area years ago.
